Hieff Unicon™ Pure Pro U+ qPCR Mix(One Tube)is a fluorescent quantitative pre-mixed solution employing the company 's new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme. It is specifically designed for multi-template DNA qPCR amplification systems. Utilizing Yesean's special bacterial control system, this product can effectively reduce contamination from host (E.coli) DNA and environmentally introduced background bacterial DNA (such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, and human genome) to a certain extent. This product has good universality and supports fast programs and fully premixed forms. Features Good versatility: It has excellent amplification performance when used with most primers and probes; Supports full premix system: The amplification performance of the full premix reagent containing primers and probes remains unchanged after 14 days of acceleration at 37°C; Support fast program: detection time ≤ 35 min; High amplification efficiency and good specificity: 2x premix reagents add factors that effectively inhibit nonspecific PCR amplification and factors that improve the amplification efficiency of multiple qPCR reactions, thereby improving the sensitivity and specificity of multiple amplification of the reagents. Significant anti-pollution effect: UDG/dUTP anti-pollution system, easy to remove contamination. Application Virus detection; pathogen detection; gene expression analysis; Food Microbiology Testing Specifications Cat.No. 16713ES60 / 16713ES80 / 16713ES89/ 16713ES92 Size 100T / 1,000T / 4,000 T / 10,000 T Components Components No. Name 16713ES60 (100 T) 16713ES80 (1000 T) 16713ES89 (4000 T) 16713ES92 (10,000 T) 16713 2xHieff Unicon™ Pure Pro U+ qPCR Mix 1.25 mL 12.5 mL 50 mL 125 mL Figures 1. Ultra-low DNA residue Figure 1. Reagent background bacteria DNA residue test NTC amplification was performed using qPCR premix (Cat#16713ES) and conventional reagents (no residue control) in Escherichia coli (E.coli), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mec A and human genomic DNA systems. The results showed that Cat#16713ES was not detected in the 48-well NTC, and the background DNA (E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and human) residues in the reagents were extremely low. 2. Sensitivity Improvement Figure 2. Sensitivity test Cat#16713ES was used to evaluate the detection rate of multiplex system (4-plex) amplification at ultra-low concentration (250 copies/mL) samples. The results showed that the reagent has excellent amplification sensitivity, and the detection limit can reach at least 250 copies/mL. 3. Stability test Figure 3. Stability test
