Ultimate Beverage Challenge 94 points - The nose is enticing with notes of freshly brewed tea, warm spice and white chocolate. The mouthfeel is spicy but smooth with elegant flavor s of roasted peach, powdered sugar, and raw spices. Sharp finish with a touch of chocolate-like bitterness. - 2019 Ultimate Spirits Challenge (Excellent, Highly Recommended) (Great Value).April/2019 Whisky Advocate 90 points - Initially it’s a nut-filled experience with toasted walnuts, pecans, and Brazil nuts, but an atypical spice appears that’s just lovely. Smoked hatch chiles mingle with rounded notes of cinnamon, creme brulee, Bananas Foster, orange, canned peaches, caramel chew, and toffee. The pepper spices reappear for a grand finish.
