HA1-2425-5: Precision Monolithic Sample-and-Hold Operational Amplifier IC, featuring an ultra-fast 6µs acquisition time profile paired with a very low internal aperture delay. Oper ating across standard split-phase analog power rails, it integrates a high-impedance amplifier input stage designed to store peak analog potentials cleanly onto an external holding capacitor with near-zero voltage droop, making it ideal for high-accuracy analog-to-digital (A/D) converter front ends, housed in a high-reliability 14-pin hermetically sealed ceramic dual in-line package (CerDIP) layout.
