HCF4503BE: Hexadecimal 3-State Non-Inverting Buffer / Line Driver IC, organized as a highly versatile dual-block structure containing one 4-bit block and one 2-bit block. Each sect ion is governed by a independent active-low output enable control terminal. When an enable line transitions high, its respective output channels enter a high-impedance (high-Z) off-state, isolating the IC from shared communication lines to protect microcomputer data buses and display matrices from transient loading errors, housed in a standard 16-pin through-hole plastic dual in-line package (PDIP-16) layout.
