This is a landmark analog delay used by U2's The Edge. It not only functions as an analog delay, but also features chorus and vibrato effects. The adjustable level makes it suitabl e for a wide range of instruments, including guitar and bass. Level adjustment is easy thanks to the overload indicator. It has a dual output specification, which means that if you connect two amplifiers, you can output the dry sound and the effect sound separately. Chorus and vibrato are switchable. Chorus has a relatively slow application, while vibrato has a faster modulation. The intensity of these effects can be easily adjusted with the DEPTH knob. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as echo on stage, repeating arpeggios, controlling feedback, and doubling vocals. ■ Characteristic controls: BLEND, LEVEL, FEEDBACK, CHRS/VIBR, DEPTH, DELAY Terminals: INPUT, DIRECT OUT, EFFECTS OUT, POWER Dimensions: 144W x 119D x 60H mm Weight: 650g Power supply: Power adapter included ■Changes from previous models The housing has been changed from the previous steel plate housing to the die-cast housing of the XO series, making it stronger and more compact.
