This is organic Merlot from just outside of Saint Chinian fermented with native yeast and aged in huge old wooden tanks before getting bottled unfiltered with just a touch of sulfu r added. Round and plush with peppery red fruit and another one to serve slightly chilled, while listening to Charles Aznavour, whose song this wine is named for. *Organic and Natural Staff Review: This French natural red uses the merlot grape. It is ruby to the eye and carries light berries on the front with a smooth silky finish. To me, exactly what Merlot should be. Pair with a nice hearty soup from the Market. Staff Review: Organic and natural French Merlot. Lots of red berries, medium tannins and acidity. Pair with a rich, hearty meal and enjoy slightly chilled! Show more
