It is a soft effect filter with a large number of small donut -shaped special treatment on the surface of the filter glass, for telephoto lenses from medium telephoto. The soft effect using the refraction of light with the surface shape makes the core of the focus in the soft depiction clearly. The old product "Softon II" was made of resin, but the Softon Spec was made of optical glass.Effective type in "Softon Spec" compatible with medium telephoto lenses (70mm to 200mm class).Ideal for those who aim for a strong soft effect. The aperture is used at about F5.6 from the opening. You can get a soft effect simply by attaching a filter with zoom or macro.[Notes] Soft filters have a stronger software effect as the focal length of the shooting lens becomes longer. The F -number does not change. It can be used for both digital and film cameras.-
