Burlap & Barrels' Sweet Pepper Paprika is a sun-dried, ground spice from southeastern Turkey, where peppers are a way of life. This is a sweeter variety of their Silk Chili flakes, with all the flavor of sweet peppers and none of the heat. It's a perfect alternative to other unsmoked or Hungarian-style paprikas. Add it to soups and stews, or use as a rub for meat or vegetables. Create a better world when you cook with single origin spices from Burlap & Barrel, a public benefit corporation that puts farmers first. This sustainable brand focuses on protecting workers rights by sourcing only from small farms, as well as making all aspects of the product chain transparent and traceable. Show more
