Stereo Ceramic Phonograph Cartridge with Dual-Tip Diamond Stylus, engineered explicitly as a precision high-reliability replacement module to rebuild and service vintage mid-century record players, automated jukeboxes, and hi-fi audio consoles. Utilizing a high-output bimorph ceramic crystal piezoelectric generation element, it translates high-frequency mechanical vinyl groove modulations cleanly into phase-stable electrical audio signals without requiring a dedicated high-gain pre-amplifier stage. It features a flip-over (turnover) dual-sided stylus assembly containing a precision-ground 0.7-mil diamond tip on one side for standard 33/45 RPM microgroove vinyl records, paired with a matching 3-mil sapphire or synthetic diamond tip on the reverse side for legacy 78 RPM shellac pressings. Built with a specialized high-compliance rubber suspension cantilever, it enforces consistent tracking force geometries, completely shunts acoustic distortion and microphonic feedback lines, and ensures permanent contact reliability under prolonged continuous runtime audio cycles, housed in a standard universal 1/2-inch or custom bracket-mount structural plastic casing layout. Originally distributed by Arista (exact legacy industry equivalents: Astatic 1216D / EV 5244D / Pfanstiehl P-226D).
