EVANS is a highly uniform drum head created through innovative ideas and computer control! Until recently, 16" bass drums were considered a very special item, often made by modifyi ng a floor tom using separately sold hardware parts. However, in recent years, factory production has become more common, and manufacturers have released a number of models, including the Ludwig Breakbeat, Sonor Safari, and Tama Silverstar Cocktail-Jam Kit, making this size extremely popular. Evans has taken notice and added a popular model optimized for the 16" bass drum, a size that is expected to continue to grow in demand. This is for a 16-inch bass drum with a wooden hoop. ＜EQ4＞ It features a specially designed 10mil film, single ply, and an internal harmonic control ring with a width optimized for head sizes from 18 to 26. This gives you a balanced, clear bass drum sound without sacrificing bass. Finish: Clear; Thickness: 1000 gauge + ring mute; Size: 16 inches; Type: Bass drum with wood hoop; Compatible models: Ludwig Breakbeats, Sonor Safari, Pearl Jungle Gig Kit, Sonor Select Force Jungle Kit, Tama Silverstar Metro Jam Kit (released after May 2015) Show more
