Alcesti's Isola del Satiro Bianco — a beautiful blend of Catarratto and Grecanico — leaps out of the glass with soaring aromas of melon and citrus fruits coupled with freshly cut f lowers. This wine is medium-bodied, offering flavors of honeydew and salted lemon that are supported by a lovely mineral backbone and vibrant acidity. The finish is refreshing with a touch of salinity that invites your next sip. Perfect to enjoy as an aperitif, though you can pair this delightful white with an assortment of Mediterranean-inspired shellfish dishes. Staff Review: Delicious medium bodied white from Sicily. Citrus, mineral, and cut flowers! This wine is perfect as an aperitivo with snacks or with any shellfish dish! Show more
