From Merlot planted on limestone heavy clay soils, in the south west of France, the fruit is de-stemmed and sees natural ferment. Here no oak is emplyed but rather the organic Merl ot is raised for around 8 months in concrete to provide freshness. Juicy and dark fruit with a little savory edge to it this is incredibly easy to drink whilst still being long, dark and pure. Staff Review: "From a certified organic estate in Gascony, France. Made with a "hands off" approach which allows the merlot to show off! Dark, pure, juicy with a slight edge! Easy to drink!" Show more
