Medium-Power Silicon NPN Driving Transistor: A commercial-grade, fully shielded silicon NPN driver transistor encapsulated in a standard TO-5 metal housing, specifically engineered to pass higher continuous current thresholds without localized structural breakdown. Unit Sourcing Compatibility: This component came out of the vertical main output amplifiers, calibration loops, and horizontal Z-axis blanking circuits of the Tektronix 2246 Oscilloscope and legacy 7000-series mainframe mainboard tracking networks.
