The BE-OD overdrive pedal perfectly captures the exquisite tone of Friedman's flagship model, the BE-100, beloved by world-class musicians and captivating stages around the world, recreating the organic, true sound of a tube amp from this compact pedal. There is an internal trimmer that allows you to adjust the gain level. (The gain is set to MAX when shipped, so it may be difficult to hear the effect if the gain knob is set above 12 o'clock.) Using 18VDC will give you a more amp-like, thicker sound. True British overdrive tone. Control knobs: Volume, Gain, Tight, Treble, Bass, Presence. True bypass. 9-18VDC powered (adapter powered only; batteries are not supported). Show more
