With today's headphone boom, Oyaide Electric's HPC Series was one of the first to make users aware of the importance of headphone cables. This lineup, which meets the sound quality and user needs of headphone users worldwide, has been well received, and the series has become a huge hit, with cumulative shipments exceeding 50,000 units. However, with the demise of PCOCC-A conductors, production of the HPC Series will be discontinued one by one, which is a great shame. Now, in 2016, Oyaide Electric is finally releasing the first in its new HPSC Series of headphone cables, the HPSC-35/63, which are compatible with the 3.5mm stereo mini detachable cable format used in many headphones, including the Audio-Technica ATH-MSR7 and Sony MDR-1A. Key technologies of the HPSC-35/63 include the Precision Conductor 102 SSC and silk. The cable conductor replaces the PCOCC-A conductor of the previous model. The Precision Conductor 102 SSC is a conductor developed by Oyaide Electric for high-end audio cables, already acclaimed worldwide. The conductor configuration is a 7/7/0.089 twisted rope with a generous 0.3 square meter diameter, providing excellent flexibility. From delicate high frequencies to powerful low frequencies, the HPSC-35/63 delivers smooth, faithful transmission of delicate headphone output. The Precision Conductor 102 SSC is also used for the shield, creating a highly flexible spiral shield. The filler material is silk, providing cushioning and static suppression. The cable exterior is also covered with a silk jacket. These synergistic effects significantly reduce touch noise without sacrificing flexibility. The chic cable color scheme, featuring a white and black mosaic effect, seamlessly matches any headphone. The HPSC Series will lead the headphone market in the future, marking the beginning of a new era in headphone cables. Precision Conductor 102 SSC The HPSC Series replaces the HPC Series.
