Features: 10 Pack. Reduce the risk of bearing failure by keeping components & machines lubricated. Can be filled with any grease from NLGI #0 - 4. Refillable & reusable. Activation is Instant. Does not require switches or activation accessories. For: Lubrication of any equipment that: Is in a corrosive environment. (like chemical or food processing facilities) Is subject to vibration, shock, impact, high torque, or centrifugal forces. Has anti-friction oscillating, ball or roller bearings Has shielded bearings with seals Has bronze, oilite or open bearings Requires bearing flushing action Can be mounted in any position & used in any hazardous areas. Dispensing Mechanism: Uses a spring, piston with metering rod, and piston seal ring. For the 500 series, the piston seal ring is fabricated from chemical-resistant Viton®. The design offers reliable, controlled lubrication through a simple, foolproof setup and durable, high-strength components. How it works: The meter rod’s graduated channels let the bearing draw grease only as needed. Venturi action releases lubricant only when the bearing is in motion. Prevents grease from packing into the bearing. Eliminates over-lubrication during planned machine downtime Operates at a low pressure of 1–5 psi to avoid damaging bearing seals. Grease flow stops automatically when the bearing stops. Springs: Assembled with the Medium (Silver) springs. Light (Blue), and heavy (Red) springs are included in the box. The extra heavy (Orange) spring is an optional add-on. The clear housing allows for easy monitoring of grease levels. Easy instillation. Saves money: Close to half of all bearing failures are because of improper lubrication. Over and under greasing are big culprits. Protect Workers: LubeSite greasers often permit longer periods between greasing. Workers can avoid lubricating equipment while it's in operation & can see lubricant levels from far away. NOTICE: Do NOT Overfill! Overfilling can cause over-pressure which can result in the top separating from base. This can cause serious head or eye injury. The Bijur Delimon LubeSite 505 Auto Greaser is a refillable and reusable lubrication device engineered for industrial environments that combine corrosive exposure with mechanical stress. Featuring a nickel-chrome plated aluminum base and a chemical-resistant Viton® piston seal ring, this unit offers protection in harsh applications such as food processing and chemical plants. Sold as a 10 Pack, it activates instantly upon installation with no electrical components or activation accessories required. This grease feeder supports a wide range of equipment, including machinery exposed to vibration, shock, high torque, or centrifugal force. It is compatible with sealed, open, or shielded bearings such as oscillating, roller, ball, bronze, or oilite types, and is compatible with NLGI grade 0 to 4 non-separating grease. The piston and metering rod regulate output precisely, allowing the bearing to draw grease only when needed. Its venturi system ensures lubricant is dispensed only during motion and stops automatically when the bearing ceases operation. Operating at a controlled 1–5 psi, this bearing greaser helps avoid over-packing and seal damage. The clear housing enables quick visual checks, and the included light (blue) and heavy (red) springs, along with the pre-installed medium (silver) spring, allow for output adjustment. A standard Zerk fitting simplifies refilling, and its versatile 1/8” NPT or BSPT threading supports installation in any orientation, even in hazardous areas. With fewer maintenance interruptions and extended greasing intervals, this unit offers cost savings and improves workplace safety by reducing direct interaction with operating equipment. Built for corrosive and mechanically demanding environments, the Bijur Delimon LubeSite 505 Auto Greaser delivers reliable lubrication performance across a broad spectrum of industrial applications. Specifications: Size: 2 oz (59.15 ml) (59.15 cc). Dimensions: 4.625” (117.5 mm) high x 2.375” (60.3 mm) wide. Part Number: 505 Series: LubeSite 500 Pressure: 1 - 5 psi (0.07 - 0.34 bar) Temperature Range: -10ºF to 250ºF (-23ºC to 121ºC) Material: Polycarbonate dome. Nickel-chrome plated lightweight aluminum base. Compatible Grease: NLGI grade 0 to 4 (non-separating). Thread Size: 1/8” NPT or 1/8” BSPT. Fitting for filling: Zerk. How To Order: Select the proper unit size: To determine the unit size, you need to know the bearing shaft diameter, speed, and the bearing class. If the shaft diameter is 2”, the bearing is sealed and the shaft speed is a continuous 2000 rpm, you will need an extra large unit. See the "LubeSite Size Selection Guide" picture. Select the proper spring size: First, determine the operating temperature andthe grease weight. For example, if the operating temperature of the bearing rangesfrom 60ºF to 80ºF, and you’re using grade 2 grease, then you will need a meduim(silver) spring. If mounting on an extension, use of an extra heavy (orange) spring may be required (spring effectiveness will vary with application). See the See the spring selection guide picture.
