CAROL BRASS Founded in 1989 in northern Taiwan by Kim Lee and his wife Carol Lo, Hoxon Gakki Corp. was founded by a group of aspiring engineers who had left well-known instrument m anufacturers to start their own business, producing instruments such as trumpets, cornets, and trombones. After that, the company moved its state-of-the-art wind instrument factory to the south and, with the advice of Taiwanese orchestral musicians and European and American performers, began producing instruments.
