3.0A Collector Current and 60V Breakdown Voltage, PNP Germanium Alloy-Junction Tetrode-Adjacent Power Transistor. Utilizing a unique high-power structural core designed with low th ermal resistance properties (typically 0.7°C/W), it manages high-current industrial voltage regulators, DC-to-DC converters, and servo-amplifier loops cleanly under intense thermal runtime stress, housed in a standard heavy-duty diamond TO-36 or flanged metal package configuration.
