The Blowbar Drive is not an effects pedal that reproduces the amplifiers and effects of classic old instruments. While it has a natural overdrive sound like a quality amp, it isn't designed to mimic any particular amp sound. It has a unique yet universal overdrive sound. The Blowbar Drive also works well with any amplifier and is compatible with any type of guitar or pickup. It's very smooth, has a good bite and sharp edges. The tone control, which increases or decreases the mid-high to high frequencies, interacts with the gain control, making it easy to create a natural overdrive sound that suits your taste, depending on the settings. It has a great feel that works for everything from country to rock, jazz, and blues. It has the same sturdy metal casing as the existing Tour Series and is extremely compact in size. The input and output terminals are all concentrated on the back, so no extra space is required even when using multiple effects side by side. ■Specifications Control: Level, Gain, Tone Switch: Effect On/Off Input/Output Terminals: Input, Output, DC In *DC In compatible plug size: Inner diameter 2.1mm / Outer diameter 5.5mm Power supply: 9VDC (power supply sold separately) Current consumption: 12mA Size (maximum external dimensions): 104(L) x 59.5(W) x 48(H) mm Weight: approx. 397g * Always use the center negative polarity of the separately sold power supply.
