Artisan Edition Riq Drum / White Burl - Mosaic Royale Despite its traditional sound and look, the lek effortlessly produces a superior tone. Rooted in Arabic folk and classical mus ic, the lek features 10 rich, crisp brass jingles finished with a unique pattern. The shell features a mosaic of royal motifs in white burl, and the 8-3/4 synthetic head is stretched with five tuning lugs on a lightweight aluminum rim. The synthetic head's wide dynamic range makes it ideal for lek, which is often played at high tunings. The combination of head and jingle produces beautiful overtones when playing Doum, Tak, strokes, and finger rolls.Size: 8-3/4 Material: Wooden Frame Head: Synthetic Head Jingle: Ten Pairs of Brass Jingles Accessories: Tuning key Show more
