The new ligature, "Yanny Ligature (nicknamed Yanni Nico-chan)," is reminiscent of Yanagisawa's popular former ligature, "Magic Riga-chan," and features a design that resembles a ch eerful smiling face. Four small oval surfaces contact the reed, providing a firm grip. It offers just the right amount of resistance, producing a light, clear tone and a warm, well-rounded sound. The oar-like shape makes it easy to grip, and the single-screw reverse-locking mechanism makes it an appealingly responsive ligature with excellent overall balance. ■Type: Reverse tightening single screw ■Material: Brass ■ Finish: Gold plated ■Accessories: Outer box *Cap sold separately ■Compatible mouthpiece: For ebonite mouthpieces Show more
