18-in 20-out Audio Interface A powerful studio-grade 18-input/20-output audio interface for producers, the Clarett+ 8Pre is a studio centrepiece, boasting the most feature-rich and high-performance specs of any Focusrite interface, inspiring producers, engineers and artists to create their best work. The Clarett interface's mic preamps feature Air, an emulation of the classic ISA 110 mic preamp found in Focusrite studio consoles that have powered millions of hit records, allowing vocals to shine, guitars to have presence, and drum overheads to shimmer. It's a fully analog process, with no DSP, latency, or timing issues—100% realistic sound. The CLARETT+ AD/DA converters bring music closer to you, delivering a more natural and realistic sound. The DA converter's dynamic range has been significantly improved, making it easier to hear finer details and giving you greater control over your mix. Furthermore, by minimizing distortion caused by the AD converters, the signal is captured more clearly, improving transparency and sonic accuracy. Clarett is meticulously engineered to deliver stunning, high-quality results, faithfully capturing every detail of your sound. With best-in-class dynamic range, low-noise 24-bit/192kHz converters impart clarity and precise nuance to your recordings. Looking for something more than just a simple home recording solution? Or perhaps a larger-scale project? The Clarett's built-in ADAT input lets you add external ADAT-compatible mic preamps for expanded inputs, adding up to 8 channels of tracking. Drawing on 30 years of experience in mic preamp design, Clarett mic preamps are the highest quality ever built into a USB audio interface. Air mode, an analog emulation of the flagship ISA mic preamp, can be activated with a single switch, creating a high-end, distinctive sound for your microphone. Focusrite Control is software that simplifies configuration of your Clarett interface. It allows you to set sampling frequency, clock source, output routing, etc. It is compatible with Mac/PC/iOS (application). The included software includes three classic processor plug-in licenses, representing Focusrite's 40-year legacy of precision studio sound, allowing you to enjoy the Focusrite sound in your software. Brainworx bx_console Focusrite SC is an authentic emulation plugin of the classic ISA 110 module found in the Focusrite Studio Console. The ISA 110 was born when Sir George Martin asked Rupert Neve to create a custom module for AIR Montserrat Studios. The Red 2 & Red 3 Plug-in Suite accurately models Focusrite's classic Red range of equalizers and compressors. The original Red 2 and Red 3 were beloved by producers and engineers for their exceptional transparency and versatility, and are treasured fixtures in professional recording studios around the world. Now you can easily and flexibly bring these classics into your mixes. ■Technical specifications Total I/O: 18x20・Mic & Line Inputs (Combo) - Dynamic Range 118db (mid gain): 10・LAinnael oIngpuuet sIn(pTRuSt)：No・Line Output (TRS)-Dynamic Range 124db: 10・Headphone Output-＞118dB A-weighted/1Ω：2 ADAT: In/Out・SPDIF: In/Out・WordClock(BNC):Output・Sample Rates: 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz, 96kHz, 176.4kHz, 192kHz Dimensions (mm): 43.9 (h) x 482.5 (w) x 291 (d) Weight: 4.08 kg #Audio Interface #Audio Interface Show more
