The MXR Duke of Tone Overdrive is based on the ANALOG.MAN King of Tone, one of the most legendary pedals in history, and was reimagined through collaborative development between An alog Mike and MXR. During development, Analog Mike, the founder of ANALOG.MAN, personally conducted repeated tests to reproduce the clear, warm sound of the King of Tone. The controls are the same as the original, with three control knobs (VOLUME, DRIVE, TONE) and an OD/BOOST/DIST switch to select clipping mode. BOOST mode offers a wide range of uses, from a natural clean boost to a gain booster that fully drives the amp. OD mode provides a superb crunch sound with roughness and compression, and DIST mode provides an even deeper drive sound, covering all tones with just one unit. It also works great on a pedal board in combination with other pedals.A collaboration between MXR Custom Shop and Analog.Man. Adds warmth to your guitar sound with natural tone and feel.
