"Personally, I love all the amazing sounds you get with Satisfaction Plus." by Mike Matthews The EHX Satisfaction Plus further develops the Satisfaction Fuzz, which pays homage to the tone that has produced countless riffs, offering a wide range of tonal variations, from classic 60s fuzz to creamy lead tones and thick, rumbling scooped sounds! While the original Satisfaction Fuzz circuit paid tribute to the fuzz sound of the 60s, the Satisfaction Plus Fuzz incorporates modern controls, including a FAT/NORM mode switch, Bias control, and Tone knob, to enhance the classic tone. FAT mode offers a larger, warmer tone than NORM mode, making it suitable for gritty leads and massive, wall-of-sound riffs. The Tone control is an active tilt-shift EQ that inverts the treble and bass frequencies of the fuzz, allowing for a wide range of tonal shifts. The Bias control changes the character of the fuzz, from a well-balanced, open fuzz to a gated, growling fuzz. - Fuzz circuit inspired by early 1960s fuzz pedals - FAT mode adds a louder, warmer sound - BIAS control adjusts from a smooth sweet spot to unstable operation due to power fluctuations - TONE control with tilt-shift EQ to adjust treble and bass - ATTACK and VOLUME controls gain and output - True bypass - 9V battery included (9V adapter sold separately) Show more
