This trial set includes three types of Gonzales reeds: CLASSIC, RC (Regular Cut), and JAZZLOCAL 627, allowing you to easily try out Gonzales reeds. ■CLASSIC This is a standard mode l released as a "classic" model in response to requests for a lineup of filed cut regular reeds. In addition to the uniformity of the cane, which is made from high-quality, abundant materials grown 100% in-house, it is characterized by its easy control and pure tone. ■RC (Regular Cut) The Gonzalez's signature dense resonance and bright tone are appealing. Recommended for any genre, from classical to jazz. ■JAZZLOCAL627 The product name comes from Local 627, the Kansas City musicians' union that the famous Charlie Parker joined at just 15 years old. This reed was created by Gonzales as a jazz reed and is flexible enough to respond to dynamic changes in volume and tone. It provides a quick response and a slightly noisy, thick sound. Show more
