Version 4 has been renewed with the help of long-time MIGHTY DRIVE user Yoshiaki Imahori, who has been an advisor, to bring out even more of its strengths. The MIGHTY DRIVE was originally developed and commercialized in response to a request from Michael Landau for a drive sound, and three versions have been released. All of these were incremental updates based on the same concept. Version 4 also has the same basic concept, but with the following two changes made based on advice from Mr. Imahori: ① Removed presence and changed to master tone ② Equipped with a trimmer on the left side that can adjust the second stage gain As the name suggests, the Master Tone adjusts the overall tone, allowing you to instantly adjust the difference in sound color depending on the amplifier you use. The second stage gain can be adjusted with a trimmer, allowing you to fine-tune the distortion itself and reduce noise to your liking, making it easier to operate and further expanding the range of tone settings you can make. All other parts and constants were also reviewed by third-generation builder Ando, and the entire circuit board was redesigned. Please be sure to get your hands on this ambitious work.
