[2024 Turkey Factory Tour Selected Items] Drum Station staff traveled to Istanbul, Turkey to personally select and purchase cymbals. We have selected our staff's top picks from among the many cymbals available, so please give them a try. Designed for acoustic jazz drummers, the Nostalgia Series Jazz Cymbals are a staple of the Mehmet Jazz lineup, and the lineup includes two ride models: a 50s model and a 70s model. Nostalgia 70's The small cup and gentle Bellbridge design suppress unwanted noise, producing a beautiful, delicate mid-low range and a wonderful vintage sound reminiscent of the legendary Turkish ride cymbal of the 1970s. [Comments from the selection staff] The sound is calm considering its size. It is soft, smooth and easy to handle.
