"Personally, I love all the great sounds I get with Satisfaction Plus." by Mik e Matthews EHX Satisfaction Plus further develops the Satisfaction Fuzz, which pays homage to the tone that inspired countless riffs, offering a wide range of tones from classic 60s fuzz to creamy lead tones to thick, thumping bass sounds! While the original Satisfaction Fuzz circuit was a tribute to the fuzz sounds of the 60s, the Satisfaction Plus Fuzz adds color to that classic tone with modern controls including a FAT/NORM mode switch, Bias control, and Tone knob. FAT mode has a bigger, warmer tone than NORM mode, making it ideal for raspy leads and huge, wall-of-thump riffs. The Tone control is an active tilt-shift EQ that inverts the high and low frequencies of the fuzz, allowing for a wide range of tone shifts. The Bias control allows for a balanced, open fuzz to a gated, growling fuzz. Fuzz circuitry inspired by early 60s fuzz pedals. FAT mode adds a louder, warmer sound. BIAS control adjusts from a smooth sweet spot to unstable behavior due to power fluctuations. TONE control with tilt-shift EQ for adjusting treble and bass.
