Main Features: Deep body 14x8 in pursuit of a unique sound This drum kit recreates the specifications and character of the newly redesigned Recording Custom drum set. The thin, six-ply birch shells with sharp bearing edges deliver a powerful, solid mid-low range and powerful volume. The 14x8 model features high-tension lugs with substantial mass, adding a tight sound with crisp sustain, further expanding the possibilities of the Recording Custom, which has evolved into a model perfectly suited to modern recording environments. ■Specifications and Features Made from 100% North American birch, the 6-ply shell is 6mm thick and features a 30°/R1.5 bearing edge. The inside of the shell is painted dark brown.
