[Used Sabian Dark & Dry Model HH King 24-inch now in stock!] [HH Vintage × Dark] HH stands for "hand hammered." This traditional handcrafted technique results in a warmer, darker, more expressive tone. These cymbals are perfect for jazz, blues, rock, or any style looking for a vintage-inspired sound. -BIG AND UGLY- The ultimate ride cymbal collection, offering a dark, dry, and versatile sound. The dry finish on the front of the cymbal and meticulous hammering significantly suppress overtones, resulting in an extremely dry sound. This model produces a dark yet stable, tight, and crisp sound. The back is razed, giving it a subtle spread of low overtones that is characteristic of the Hand Hammered series. The cup provides a nice accent, and the decay when crashing is very quick, making this a cymbal that brings delicate stick work into focus.
