This is a snare welded to both ends of each resonating wire while each wire is tuned. The natural tension balances the sound of the drums. All strainers that are cord or tape faste ned can be attached. Grover Pro snare wire is best suited for drums with a firm snare bed. Also, excessive tension is unnecessary; if it is tightened too much, the sound will become muffled and the resonance will be impaired. When adjusted correctly, it produces a delicate yet powerful tone. Specifications: Jazz/Dark (soft and delicate tone) Gauge: Light Material: Bronze Number of wires: 15 Size: 14" Inner string: Dacron cord with nylon strap Show more
