A special order model with an aged finish that gives it a worn look! momose Custom Craft Guitar Momose is renowned for its high level of perfection. The ORIGINAL series inherits th e basic structure of vintage guitars while incorporating more modern updates throughout. This lineup embodies Momose's manufacturing philosophy of "bringing out the natural resonance of the wood by processing it in accordance with its individual characteristics." This highly popular model is packed with Momose-exclusive features, including a heel cut with a recessed joint plate, wood binding, and an original headstock. This is the "MC2-STD/M" model, featuring an ash body and maple fingerboard. This is the power of "Made in Japan"! ◆Momose Original Series 『MC』 The original model "MC" inherits the traditional ST style but has been uniquely brushed up by Momose. Each piece was handcrafted by artisans at the Asuka factory, from woodworking to painting and assembly. The high playability resulting from its careful construction has been praised by many top players, embodying the undeniable quality of the Momose brand. ◆The wide horn section enhances playability in the high positions Compared to the traditional ST type, the MC model has a larger groove in the horn section on the treble string side. This not only improves playability in higher positions, but also allows players with large hands to play up to the higher frets without stress. ◆Recessed processing of joint plateWhile using an orthodox plate joint to avoid compromising the traditional sound characteristics, the plate part is recessed to also improve playability. ◆Wood binding to prevent fingerboard problemsThe sides of the fingerboard are bound with wood made from the same material as the fingerboard. This not only makes the sides of the fingerboard very smooth, but also prevents problems such as fret burrs from popping out. ◆Wide rod adjustment The uniquely shaped headstock features a wide adjustment hole that allows for smooth neck adjustment. The shape is also wider to make adjustments easier. Momose VS-1 pickup Momose's original pickup "VS-1" is mounted. It has the crispness of a single coil and modern ease of use, and is tuned to a tone that can be used in a variety of musical genres. Experience the uncompromising sound that Momose delivers.Specification Body: Ash 2P Neck: Maple Fingerboard: Maple Nut: Oiled Bone Bridge: GOTOHGE108TS Machineheads: GOTOHSD91-05M MG Fret: JESCARFW9662-NS Pickups: Momose VS-1 Controls: 1Vol, 2Tone, 5Way PU Selector Scale Length: 648mm (25.5 inches) Width at Nut: 42.0mm Fingerboard Radius: 210R Finish: All Lacquer String: ElixirNANOWEB Light(.010-.046) Accessories: Protective case, hex wrench, warranty card Approximately 3.21kg Show more
