Since its release in 1954, the Fender Stratocaster has remained a beloved model among guitarists worldwide. When people think of electric guitars, this is the shape that comes to mind for many. This particular guitar, shipped around 1974, features a large headstock, ash body, and plate serial number. It's a rare blonde color with a rosewood fretboard combination that's surprisingly hard to find. 【body】 The total weight is approximately 4.2 kg. Finished in a translucent blonde color that highlights the beautiful ash wood grain, the aged patina gives it a nice, aged look. While there are some minor weather checks, dents with paint chipping, and tarnishing on the metal parts, it is in relatively good condition considering its age. The tremolo arm has been replaced. 【neck】 The neck is made of maple, and the fingerboard is made of rosewood. There is some weather checking on the headstock and some minor dents on the back of the neck, but like the body, it is in relatively good condition. The tuners are functioning properly with no significant variation in winding tension. The frets and nut have been replaced once, and there is no extreme wear, so playability is good. The headstock thickness is 14.8mm. The nut width is 41.0mm. It can be said to have a relatively solid neck shape. [Electrical System] The controls are in the orthodox Stratocaster style: 3-way pickup selector, master volume, neck (front) position tone, and center position tone. The pickups are the original gray bobbin/staggered pole piece specification. The control parts, including the pickups, have been kept in excellent condition since their original construction. The ash body produces a bright tone with a clear outline and tight bottom end, and you can enjoy a warm clean sound in the front (neck) position, a crisp cutting sound in the center position, and a sharp, clear drive sound in the rear (bridge) position.
