This guitar uses white ash wood, which was widely used in Fender guitars until the mid-1950s. It has a strong attack and a fast sound response. Because it is a relatively hard wood and difficult to process, it has not been used as much in musical instruments in recent years, but it is still used in baseball bats and is considered a wood with an excellent balance of hardness and elasticity. This ash wood is combined with poplar wood, which adds a "aged flavor," and finished with Canopus's unique edge processing technology. The resulting sound is dry, with a short sustain and a firm low end, allowing you to enjoy a dry, clear, "vintage-like" sound that gives the illusion of a guitar that has been played for many years. Furthermore, although it is a dense and hard wood, it is also characterized by its thick pores, and when stained, the beautiful wood grain becomes more prominent, which is another attractive feature.
