The Stanley Clarke Signature Model, a legendary short-scale bass that has become synonymous with Alembic, has arrived! Featuring a resin-treated buckeye burl top, this pen boasts a vibrant and opulent finish reminiscent of a peacock. This instrument features beautiful buckeye burl wood for the back, and is meticulously crafted down to the top and back panels. The koa is mahogany, and the accent wood is purpleheart, a familiar configuration for the Signature Deluxe. Its light weight of approximately 4.2kg is also a major appeal of this instrument. Despite its light weight, short scale, and narrow neck, it boasts rich bass tones and delivers that distinctive tone with density. The sound is unmistakably that signature sound. Thanks to the signature circuit's distinctive, slightly boosted tone and the well-placed Q-switch, you can achieve a range of tones, from soft and deep to crisp and articulate, all with a strong presence. Whether it's punch, attack, or sustain, it's accompanied by a stable and pleasing low end, making it a sound that will have you wanting to slap all the time. Of course, you can also enjoy the responsive and nuanced playing style with your fingers. This instrument, which took three years from the time of the order to finally be completed, exudes a captivating aura in both its looks and sound, proving that this brand is truly in a class of its own. Please take a look at this top-of-the-line bass.【Specifications】 ■Model name: Stanley Clark Signature Deluxe 4 String Bass ■Date completed: 4/15/24 ■Scale length: 30 3/4inch Short Scale ■Fingerboard wood: Ebony ■Inlays: Mother of Pearl ■Strings: Alembic CX3/45S ■Machine heads: Gold GOTOH ■Top laminate: Buckeye resin ■Accent wood: Purpleheart ■Body wood: Mahogany ■Back laminate: Buckeye burl ■Nack woods: Maple/Purpleheart ■Finish: Polyester ■Electronics & Outputs: Master Vol., Blend, Filter Frequency x2, 2-Position Q Switch x2, LED On/Off Switch, Mono 1/4inch output ■Weight: ≈4.2kg ■Serial No.: SC14946 *Hard case included Show more
