For approximately 50 years, Spector has been a leading brand in the scene, known as the "originator of modern/active basses," with its innovative sound, looks, and playability. The new NS Icon Bolt-On series, designed by Spector's top-of-the-line Custom Shop, inherits traditional style and sound while incorporating modern assembly and high cost performance—a model that embodies "the current Spector." The NS Icon Bolt-On features custom-voiced Aguilar DCB pickups and an Aguilar OBP-2 preamp, delivering deep, punchy bass and clear treble. Working closely with the Aguilar team, these electronics have resulted in a sound that is both iconic to Spector and appeals to modern players. The 4-string model features a Reverse P and J pickup configuration, while the 5-string model is equipped with dual soapbar pickups. With its refined body shape, electronics, and timeless craftsmanship, the NS Icon Bolt-On continues Spector's tradition of creating inspiring basses. It delivers powerful tone and performance, from the stage to the studio. *The image is a sample.
