A 1961-style Custom Shop Jazz Bass with a Darker Lake Placid Blue matching headstock. Based on the 1961 specifications, this instrument features a carefully selected two-piece alder body, a U-shaped quarter-sawn maple neck reminiscent of 1960s Jazz Basses, and a 7.25-inch slab rosewood fingerboard. It is equipped with hand-wound vintage JB model pickups made for custom shop models, producing a sweet sound with a solid core that reproduces every string from the first to the fourth without any muddiness. The alder body and rosewood fingerboard produce a rich yet impactful midrange, which is very pleasing, and the treble is smooth and rounded, so even when playing aggressively with techniques like slap bass, the sound is not harsh on the ears. The color is "Daker Lake Placid Blue," which has faded to a Charcoal Frost Metallic-like appearance, and the finish is also in the New Old Stock style, with a smooth lacquer finish that gives it a luxurious feel. Its dignified look, befitting the pinnacle of modern Fender guitars, is one of its main attractions. There are some minor dents, scratches, and slight indentations on the lower frets, but there are no issues with playability, and overall it is in relatively good condition. The truss rod has plenty of adjustment range and the neck condition is good. A pickup fence and bridge cover are included, but there are no holes drilled in the body, and mounting screws are not included. Weight ≈ 4.24 kg Accessories: Original hard case
