Featuring a set-neck construction using mahogany, and combined with the P-100 pickups, it produces a thicker, fuller tone with a richer midrange compared to models with P-90s. Despite its simple design, it fully delivers the quintessential Gibson sound. This particular instrument shows signs of use commensurate with its age, including scratches, dents, stand discoloration on the back of the neck, tarnishing of metal parts, and weather checking on the headstock.
