A beautiful PRS Custom 24-08 Wood Library! We have received a used item through our consignment sales service! The Custom 24-08 builds upon the perfection of PRS's core model, the Custom 24, enabling a wider range of sound shaping. This particular instrument is a special one, crafted with the rare Wood Library specifications. The body features a 10Top flame maple with exquisite grain, combined with a mahogany back for a classic material combination. Furthermore, the rosewood neck delivers a glossy, focused mid-low range and a rich tone with a unique, sustained quality. In terms of playability, the easy-to-play Pattern Thin neck shape allows for smooth fingering from the low to high positions without stress. The set-neck construction also provides excellent sustain. The guitar is equipped with PRS's original 85/15 pickups. Designed by Paul Reed Smith himself, these pickups are characterized by their wide range and high resolution, maintaining a clear tone from clean to high-gain. Furthermore, in addition to the 3-way toggle switch, it features coil-tapping functionality via two mini-toggles, covering a wide range of sound variations from single-coil-like sounds to the powerful tones of a humbucker. This particular guitar is in generally excellent condition, with only minor scuffs and scratches on the body, a few hairline scratches on the back, and some tarnishing on the hardware. The frets retain approximately 80% of their height, and there are no issues with the neck condition, truss rod, or electronics, ensuring it can be enjoyed for many years to come. Please consider it! Includes bird tag and original hard case.
