The Talman 5-string bass model features a completely black design, even down to the brand logo. ■Roasted maple neck (neck back: same BKF finish as the body) The neck is made of heat-treated maple wood. Heat treatment enhances its shape stability, resistance to warping and temperature changes, and water resistance. The back of the neck is finished with a black flat (matte black) finish, just like the body and headstock. ■ Ebonol fingerboard (fingerboard surface: clear finish) This fingerboard is made of Ebonol, a synthetic material created by layering black paper and phenolic resin. It features a tight, bright sound similar to ebony. ■Okoume Wood Body: The body is made of okoume wood, which produces a bright and solid sound and has midrange characteristics similar to mahogany. ■Dynamix Pickups: Equipped with Ibanez's original Dynamix pickups, which feature a dynamic and punchy bottom end sound. The front pickup delivers a rich, full low end that's essential to the bass line, while the rear pickup provides a tight, crisp sound. ■Ibanez Custom Electronics 2-Band Equalizer Of the two stacked knobs, the one on the body end controls a simple two-band EQ with High (upper) / Low (lower) boost/cut. (The stacked knobs on the neck side control volume and balancer.) ■B15W bridge It features a simply designed B15W bridge. (String spacing: 18mm) There are some minor scratches, light dents, and some paint gloss, but it is in relatively good condition.
