The PROVIDENCE/STAMPEDE OD is an effects pedal that allows you to drive your guitar naturally without losing its inherent characteristics. Thanks to a special power supply circuit that boosts the internal operating voltage from DC9V, this overdrive pedal has a wider dynamic range than typical DC9V overdrive pedals. It can produce a wide variety of overdrive sounds, from singing lead tones to thick, impactful backing sounds. ■ Overdrive sound with a wide dynamic range The STAMPEDE OD is an effects pedal that can naturally drive your guitar without losing its inherent characteristics. Thanks to its special power supply circuit, the internal circuitry operates at a boosted voltage. This results in an overdrive pedal with a wider dynamic range than typical DC 9V overdrive pedals. ■SCT Circuit: While a typical True-Bypass circuit passes the audio signal through two switch circuits when bypassed, the STAMPEDE OD employs a single-contact true bypass circuit that passes through only one switch circuit when bypassed. As a result, the product's reliability is improved more than ever before, and higher sound quality can be achieved. ■Multi-function LED The LED on the STAMPEDE OD not only indicates the effect's ON/OFF status, but also monitors the battery voltage. When the battery voltage drops below approximately 7V, the LED will begin to dim. The effect sound will still be output in this state, but we recommend replacing the battery to ensure the unit performs at its best. Show more
