// CLARKE Original Tinwhistle // The original tin whistle, as its name suggests, has a traditional shape, with wood built into the mouthpiece and an inverted cone shape. This is a genuine whistle that is perfect for those who already own a tin whistle or those with experience playing it. It has a soft and gentle tone like Celtic music and can be used to express a variety of things. This whistle achieves a stable pitch and allows you to feel the history as you play. Due to the airy, gentle sound quality that is easy on the ears, using it in a band requires some ingenuity, Why not take advantage of its old-fashioned character and use it primarily for playing at home or with a small acoustic ensemble? ■CLARKE The whistle has long been a popular European folk instrument. This manufacturer was the first in the world to begin stable factory production, inspired by an idea that came to Robert Clark: "Couldn't we make a wooden whistle out of tin?" The whistle, which is said to have originated in Ireland, combined with its clear, beautiful tone made it extremely popular among Irish people who had come to the UK, and the brand was established. With a history of nearly 175 years, we have been making tin whistles and offer world-class quality and superior tone.■Key: D ■Color: Black/Diamond Decal ■Tuning: Not possible ■Size: Overall length 290mm/Maximum body diameter 15mm/Minimum body diameter 10mm *Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, there may be some unevenness on the surface of the tube, but this does not affect the quality.
