An exceptional vintage Omega ladies' wristwatch - 18K yellow gold case housing the Omega Caliber 620 manual-wind movement, suspended on a substantial integrated 18K yellow gold basket-weave link bracelet. The gold itself is the headline here, with Omega's mid-century horological pedigree the second. The Caliber 620 is one of Omega's compact ladies' calibers from the 1960s-1970s era - manual-wind, thin profile, designed specifically for the smaller dial diameters fashionable in dress watches of that period. The dial is a champagne sunburst with brushed finish, gold stick/baton hour markers, OMEGA logo at 12 o'clock with the iconic Ω, and "OM SWISS MADE" authentication mark at 6 o'clock. Crown at 3 o'clock. The integrated bracelet is the substantial element here - a fancy double-link basket-weave design in solid 18K yellow gold, the kind of bracelet that wore well as a stand-alone piece even before factoring in the watch. This isn't a leather-strap dress watch - it's a gold-on-gold daily piece designed for someone who wanted the watch and the gold bracelet in one investment. A compact ladies' manual-wind movement from Omega's mid-century catalog (in production roughly 1960s-1970s). Designed for slim ladies' dress watches, characterized by a small diameter and reliable Swiss build quality. Not a chronograph or automatic - this is a winding-required everyday watch. Does the watch run? The watch is a vintage estate piece. Manual-wind mechanical movements need periodic servicing (every 5-7 years) to keep accuracy and longevity. We recommend a service by an Omega-qualified watchmaker before regular daily wear, even if it appears to run when wound. Is the bracelet 18K solid gold? Yes - both the case AND the integrated bracelet are solid 18K yellow gold. Hallmarks consistent with vintage Omega 18K production. How do I care for an 18K gold vintage watch? 18K gold is softer than steel - polish gently with a microfiber cloth, avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners (which can damage vintage movements). Keep dry; vintage Omega ladies' watches were not designed for water resistance to modern standards.
