A shield-cut VooDooStone — the five-sided diamond shape — sits inside a matching shield-shaped halo of small sparkling white stones. The VooDooStone sees light differently than the human eye and shifts instantly between three colors: a purplish-pink in daylight, a golden amber under warm incandescent light, and a vivid peridot green under fluorescent light. The faceted shield-cut VooDooStone is held by four prongs and framed edge-to-edge by a pavé halo of tiny white accent stones that traces the same five-sided outline, so the whole head reads as one bold geometric shape. The shoulders of the .925 sterling silver band are split and squared where they meet the halo, and the inside of the band is engraved "www.DavidsNOLA.com .925". The white halo stays bright while the center stone shifts from purplish-pink to golden amber to peridot green. A striking, architectural ring for someone who likes a geometric statement rather than a round stone. Part of David's VooDooStone Collection — the bestselling line at our French Quarter storefront on Royal Street, and a one-of-a-kind NOLA souvenir you can wear every day.
