Source Human PLD4 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Trp52-Gly506.[Accession | Q96BZ4] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 51.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM MES, 100mM NaCl (pH 6.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 50mM MES, 100mM NaCl (pH 6.0). Storage The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
