It contains Leu20-Gly718.[Accession | X P_005579710.1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 78.46 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 95-115 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM Tris, 500mM NaCl (pH 8.0).
