Aerobic Step - 4 Step Riser Commercial Grade Step Platform with 3 Heights | 300kg Capacity This aerobic step is built for commercial gym use, with a wide 110cm x 40cm platform and a 300kg maximum weight capacity. The EVA mat covering and anti-slip surface give you sure footing, and non-skid floor pads keep the step planted through step classes, HIIT circuits, step-ups, incline push-ups and box-style drills. It comes with four risers that stack under the platform to give three heights: 11cm, 16cm and 21cm. Start low and add risers as your fitness improves. There's nothing to assemble: stack the risers, set the platform on top and you're ready to train. When you're done, the risers nest together for easy storage.
