Intensify Your Workout Push your muscles harder by adding resistance to your workout with a pair of Core Balance Neoprene Ankle Weights. Easily adjustable to fit your wrists or ankles, they’re perfect for increasing the level of resistance when you’re exercising to tone and strengthen your arms and legs. /// Choose from 4 Different Weights Our ankle weights are available in four sizes to easily increase or decrease the level of resistance. Our 0.5kg and 1kg weights are perfect for endurance and cardio workouts whilst our heavier 1.5kg and 2kg weights are great for building your muscle strength and power. Premium Quality Neoprene The ankle weights have been designed using premium quality neoprene fabric to prevent them rubbing against your skin and catching your hairs when you’re working out. As well as being extremely durable, the neoprene fabric is more sweat-resistant than many alternative fabrics. Perfect Fit Each ankle weight has been weighted using a fine iron powder filling to mould to the contours of your wrists or ankles and provide a snug, comfortable fit. If you’re walking, running, or working out, the weights will flex to the movement of your muscles for a comfortable workout. Enlarged Velcro Strap We’ve designed our ankle weights with extra-long Velcro straps to easily fasten and adjust. Shorter straps have to be pulled far tighter to securely fasten to your wrists or ankles which can restrict your movement when you’re exercising and makes them uncomfortable to wear. Strong Metal D-Ring Buckle Our ankle weights also feature extra-tough metal D-ring buckles for smooth adjustment when securing the Velcro strap. The buckles allow you to easily release the strap and remove the weights if you’re doing cross-training and want to quickly move from one exercise to another. Workout Wherever You Go Our ankle weights are compact and portable to easily stuff into your gym bag and take on your travels. If you’re staying in a hotel room and don’t have access to gym equipment, you can pull out your ankle weights, strap them to your legs, and do a quick workout to get your fitness fix. Versatile Fitness Aid The ankle weights can be used to add resistance to a wide range of exercises and intensify your workout. As well as wearing them when you’re walking, jogging, or running, they’re perfect for adding an extra level of resistance to donkey kicks, leg lifts, lateral raises, and more.
