Antique lithographs by Pierre-Joseph Redouté. Framed and sourced from a brocante in Marseille, these botanical prints reflects the refined naturalism of Redouté’s celebrated work. Often called the “Raphael of flowers,” Redouté (1759–1840) was the official court artist to Queen Marie-Antoinette and later Empress Joséphine, admired for his ability to capture botanical accuracy with painterly softness. These hand-coloured lithographs are beautifully preserved and elegantly framed, bringing a touch of 19th-century French botanical history to any interior.
