A classic Peruvian Pisco made from 100% Quebranta grapes grown in the Ica Valley. Barsol use traditional copper-pot distillation, ferment the grapes naturally and bottle the spirit at its final strength without adding water, sugar or other flavourings. It's a clean, expressive style of Pisco with plenty of character, but it's still very versatile in a Pisco Sour. Show more
